He was sent back to Utica after the regular season. If the series goes long or the Canucks struggle to generate offence he'll probably get a shot.

Nucker is in the process of setting things up so please stay tuned. We should have all the information shortly. But I can tell you it will be a box draft so it will make things easy on everybody (Marwood - don't worry, it's a one time thing) and yet still remain competitive, as you will have to pick some 'non-sexy' picks from teams that you feel are going to go all the way.

We'll see. I honestly have no idea what to expect from this series. Most "experts" have you guys taking it in 6 or 7, at least when they are able to tear themselves away from poking the corpse of the Maple Leafs with a stick.

People around town here are so hockey ignorant but they think they are well informed. I keep hearing how the Canucks struggled to make the playoffs. Home ice advantage, 101 points, two league top 10 scorers, teams chasing the Canucks... not the other way round. Idiots.

I think next year will be even tougher to make it back in for both our teams ...I really don't see any of the others slipping out unless injures play a role ...have to think the Kings get back and Dallas will be better too ....can't forget it's the even year for the Avs miss/make it/miss/make it formula

Looking forward to some further pool action! (which will be that much more challenging - I always find I unfortunately do rather poorly, by the way, as it's' a totally different dynamic lol). Still, it's always fun to follow along your team with the actual play-off results and to obtain all the glory associated with being number one!

I'm not convinced that NSH/WPG/MIN are locks either, I always predict that Ahn will not make it either and one of these years I will be right. As you guys proved this year any team can make it

I think the preds seem to be everyone's popular choice to faulter ...if they are healthy they are very solid team .... When looking at the jets and wild I think they are just entering the stage of being consultant playoff teams ...I really like what the jets have done and what they have coming very soon ...we will both be in tough next year
