I prefer others, but would not hate it. I do agree with OB that he's a bit of a reach at 7.

I'm going off the assumption that it goes McDavid, Eichel, then some form of Strome, Marner, Hanifin as the top 5. Maybe Provorov slides in or goes at 6, but I'm not realistically expecting the first 5 to be available.

After that, I go Barzal, Provorov, Rantanen, Werenski, Zacha and then maybe Crouse & Meier, in terms of my level of want.

Timo Meier, Travis Konecny, Kyle Connor, Thomas Chabot are probably the best example of that type of guy. Zacha, maybe, because he's missed time with injuries and suspensions and hasn't been dominant in his first N. American season

He could. I've seen some that love him and some that are cool on him. i think he goes 10-14, but I wouldn't be stunned if he went 7-10, either.

You'd have to be patient he's committed to Michigan. But from what I've read he'd seem like a solid pick. Problem is USHL games aren't on to have watched him play.
