Dont i know the bad back feeling. Three popped discs in low back. Popped out vertebrae in my neck which was the first time I had a back spasm. That sucked. See a chiropractor once a month. And at only 28. Headed for a wheel chair soon. - manvanfan

I don't remember the third period - VANTEL
Did the same.
Had friends over. They left around 1am. After they left I remember I wanted to go online and trash talk. Didn't make it. Woke up this morning on the couch with my computer in my lap, hands on keyboard.
The game last night was much more enjoyable to watch than last game. Glad to see some of those young flame players lose their cool. Hope that canuck experience actually makes a difference.

It took me 8 months before I could do things normally again. Time and a lot of frustration. - thundachunk
3 years for me. Extremely frustrating. Get to know the muscles in your core and back. Illiopsoas created absolute havoc for me until I learned how to control. Not before it roasted 2 discs though. Living with stenosis and hearniated discs for over 2 years was brutal. |

Trying to protect a badly outgunned Dorsett. Dorsett should have backed off. He's a pit bull.
What a good teammate Hammer is tho. You can see in the footage he is looking out for him with his head on a swivel. |

WTF was Hamhuis thinking there? - LeftCoaster
The way Dorsett explained it, it was the officials who invited Hamhuis into the fray at the end. They didn’t think they could control Engelland and, as the Canucks’ side goes, requested Hamhuis in there to help tie him up to try and reach a peaceful conclusion to the gong show.
They did this knowing Hamhuis is not a maniac. And he’s not.
Hamhuis, that Good Samaritan from Smithers who is no maniac, obliged, eventually helping to wrestle the savage beast to the ice.
Explains why Hamhuis was in there and didn’t throw a punch, doesn’t it?
Engelland piled up three misconducts all on his own. But he did nothing worthy of a suspension, sorry, Calgary.
As for Hamhuis, you can’t really be considered a third man in if you’re invited to the party by the officials, can you?
This news rocked “Ferlands Awesome.”

It was Burrows who was a voice of reason in Lack’s ear late, telling him to get away and saying “be a bit smarter” because he’s just too important to this team, and they can’t afford to lose him.
Burrows was asked: “When did you become a voice of reason?”
“The past few years, I’ve been staying away from stuff. I think early on in my career, I was trying to make a name for myself.
“I was trying to get in there, show I belong in this league.
“Looking back, I think the best way is to turn away.
“I think I can play. I think I can make plays and get away from all that other stuff.
“I think it makes me a better player.”
It does. Maybe the “foreign media” doesn’t see it, but anyone who watches the Canucks regularly sure does.
