ahhh off the ban lol... I thought Matthias was awful in game 1... was knocked off the puck all the time and wasn't physical at all. No net driving.... basically a soft 4th liner.

I will say this short thing. I didn't expect Canucks to make the playoffs so this to me is playing with house money.

I liked what the Sedins did this year and they are the face of the franchise this year and years past. I also do like what Burrows brings.

If Canucks go forward and win it will be a very successful year. If they lose again in 4 or 5 games, management will have to look hard at Hamhuis Edler, Higgins Bieksa and maybe even Burrows. Losing every year in the PO just can not keep happening.

It is a GMs job to find a team that wins even if you take it on the chin for 3 years with top 5 picks.

It is only game one, but I don't want excuses, I want execution, and results. That is all that matters
