i hate him too and his (frank)ing chipmunk cheeks and surboard foam reebok xlt pads. most chicago fans hate him also. but that's because they think he sucks. i just hate his face. and his pads. |

COmpletely fallen apart - PhillySportsGuy
that last one was not on him. that was like watching my men's league. whole team gets caught behind the play and guy walks in and snipes one off the post. not that i'd know anything about that. |

Well, he's also 22 and he's been pigeonholed into a tough, defense first role for three years.
I get the, "well who else can the coach use" argument...to me, developing Couturier into a poor man's Bergeron is worth more than squeaking into the playoffs with a weak team - Jsaquella
thats fine. i just mean it will require lessening the burden of assignment on him, and to stop strapping the rotting body of umberger to his back.
i dont think he will ever have the playmaking vision or offensive instincts to be a wizard in the attacking zone. staal never had that either. but i do think that if put in a better position for success, he could hit the numbers you suggest. |

I don't need him to be a wizard, just to drive play away from the Flyers net and convert about 50% of the flubbed chances he had this season. Hell, just a little more consistent production would go a long way. |

her behavior was bad enough, but the bogus apology tweets put me over the edge. she regrets her behavior because she got caught on tape and embarrassed in front of the whole world. how she behaved in that moment is EXACTLY who she really is.
espn needs to fire her. now. |

he's had a nice game. i'm not loving him. this brutalization of crawford at the end to put the game out of reach is bad for nashville. i think darling goes in goal for game 3, and i think he's capable of outplaying rinne. |

Ron Darling is more of a pumpkin than the Hamburglar. I want them to pluck Raanta from the AHL to tandem with Stolarz next yr |

im not totally absolving him. he definitely has aspects he can improve on. i agree, there were many times when he simply couldnt convert. |

i disagree on darling. completely. by the way, he's one of the instructors at the camp i'm attending in june. i hope he still has his beard then.
i'd be fine with them nabbing raanta for next season. |

hey im all for it.
but unless theyre gonna bust out some draconian, force her to shave her head every week, pull out all her teeth, and forcefeed her until she gains 45 pounds type of ridiculousness, shed probably latch on somewhere else in front of someone elses cameras.
but hey, least she was sorry |

any goalie can look for real. but i've liked everything i've seen from him when he's gotten the chance.
they've got one more shot with crawford. they could go back to him in game 3. i will not be surprised if darling gets the nod.
his last game was incredible. i can't remember seeing padwork like that. he was completely in control. |

He's Leighton redux - a nobody journeyman who belongs in the Scottish league. Alright, I'm kidding.
He's a good story and Crawford isn't helping his case |

he's got ability. remains to be seen what he can do past this, but i hope he gets a shot. crawford had a good year, but his most recent playoff work is poor. MAF poor in terms of numbers. |

hey now.
i know regis gargled enough on his own spunk about it last night, but the guy did have a 940 something save percentage last night.
wasnt his fault the team is absolute garbage.
