Edit: this is exactly the kind of crap that I hate about hockey. We have one set of rules for the regular season and then another for the playoffs. I want to see the best players in the game actually play, I don't want to see a cripple-fest where there is a steady attrition of the best talent due to continuous stream of cheap shots and dangerous play.

At least one, possibly two -- guys like Wheels, Umberger and Rinaldo are gonna have to be replaced by guys who can actually play with pace

I doubt VDV will be around, either, when they are ready to contend. So that's at least four forwards that have to be replaced
