Yep, that would be the easiest way. This way still kind of sucks, because as someone mentioned, I think they said Buffalo has the number 1 in about 54 combinations? So that's 25% of their chances gone if the sequence doesn't include a 1

Here's to hoping Bettman's lottery works in our favour. I have to believe that with all of the bad "Buffaluck" over the years, the city is do for some good "Buffaluck".

My prediction (hope) is that we win the lottery tonight. Four years from now, it's the McDavid lead Sabres vs the Eichel lead Coyotes in the Stanley Cup Finals. This Stanley Cup final is Bettman's last as commissioner. He is forced to resign for letting it happen instead of rigging the 2014/2015 lottery in the Leafs favour.

Imagine if he pulls a Jack Johnson.

Trolling is idiotic in the first place, but even moreso in this case since the reason for the tank was succesful - to hedge the bet against losing the lottery (which is already stacked against them).

Not sure why you would get trolled. The worst thing that can happen to Buffalo tonight is they drop to a position to draft Eichel. Certainly not a bad "worst case scenario".
