Hawks have issues. it looks like the SB gambles not working out on player acquisition. Hawks do looks a step slow again, similarly to last year. Where the main guys don't have that extra umpf to make a 3rd period surge. They will play it safe and limit chances and play for the lucky bounces.

Also I really did not understand the lackadaisical play at the end of the first period, like they were waiting for the period to be over with 2mins left in the period and Nashville scores with 3 secs left.

There's one...that late goal was not CC's fault. No one took Jossi's body, to his credit he didn't quit on the play, and a fortunate screen shot found the net.

he is out of sorts as i said he depends heavily on his positioning, reads and technique...i think the preds had 30 SOG's ?? I would say 30-50% were of very high quality and craw got most of those but when the hawks tried dial it up at the 10 minute mark the preds were ready to pounce on every mistake and craw left the building
