Cheap shots and dirty plays? I saw Engelland and Dorsett scrapping then Hamhuis jumping in to make it 2 on 1. Then proceeds to help Dorsett wrestle Engelland to the ice!! That was such classic Nucks dirty play and cheap shots led by their embarrassment of coach! You are just jealous that the Flames beat down the Nucks and because the Nucks are a team led by two sisters. Go Flames Go!! - FlamesNOTLames

Jmac isn't set for a bottom role. Cassels better on face-offs.
oh and you save 300,000 in cap space. |

Watching the U18 game . This kid from Sarnia Sting Pavel Zacha looks good. 6'3 centre plays with an edge. Looks like a power forward. |

I've been keeping my eyes on his draft position because of his size/position and I think he could possibly be in our range. Was slated as top 10 earlier in the year
Nvm, just saw him picked 9th in a mock draft |

McCann is probably the best 2 way center in the OHL. He takes most of the hounds defensive zone faceoffs.
I'm guessing if you were to poll scouts he'd be considered a top 5 faceoff man in Jr as well.
McCann is way faster and has better insrints. Right now its not even debatable which of the 2 is closer |

I think MacT is at this tournament. Maybe Benning can convince him to take a goalie off our hands. |

Miller is going to the Sharks.
Judging by the reaction from team executives after the outcome of the lottery, I'm wondering if MacT will be blackballed.
Edmonton needs to fire macT and Lowe and hire P Chirelli.

He would be an idiot if he did, but it will make it easier to move someone else on the roster, or draft picks. |

Best face off
Eastern Conference:
1. Nick Paul, North Bay Battalion (22) – finished third in voting in 2013-14
2. Cole Cassels, Oshawa Generals (21)
3. Carter Verhaeghe, Niagara IceDogs (16)
Western Conference:
1. Kyle Pettit, Erie Otters (21)
2. Holden Cook, Owen Sound Attack (19)
3. Daniel Nikandrov, Sarnia Sting (16)
I don't see McCann's name there but I do see Cassels and I see Pettit which is in the same conference as SSM. |

Hmm. When did the NHL scouts start voting on this. Check your data base and get back to me.
To be honest right now, i think its hard to argue McCann is our best prospect.
It would be great if petit worked out. Kid is a monster of a man |
