The Flames need to start playing their game. The flames are a physical team but they are running around Luke chickens with their heads cut off.

Hartley is obviously the best coach going. As soon as they knew the game was over and couldn't generate anything he sends out the goon squad. Some how I don't think his antics will rattle the canucks. If anything it give more reason to keep playing their game because it obviously worked last night. I sure like WD handling of the situation in front of his players. Never go full Torts.

Losing gio was tough on the D core ...Engelland is on the ice far too much for my liking ...bouma hurts too ...he is a guy who can spark a team with a hit, goal, fight, shot block ....he is missed

I think WD is doing a good job of getting the twins out there with DE ...very impressed

The canucks are basically rolling their 4 lines consistantly. Very little to no line matching.
I don't think I seen it at all in the 1st game and only about twice last night.

He's old school. When his team is down and can't come back he resorts to those tactics. Lots of coaches do it. Its almost expected come the playoffs. Doesn't bother me one bit. It only works on other coaches who play that game like Torts. Coaches like him are a dying breed when you have players with more skill on their 3rd and 4th line. Nearly gone are the days where you have those guys. The game is evolving.
