Yeah, few teams come back from 2-1 down. Series over.

Interested to see if they rescind Burrows' instigator penalty.

It is Burrows, after all...

I don't think anything happens , it is the playoffs, things get heated.

Well that sucked…Calgary played better, they'll need to step it up and tie this thing up. Still laughing at the Eastern teams crying about the Oilers getting first overall.

They don't change unless someone lower then us makes the final 4. I think it's dumb.

Was very wrong about the score last night too. Hard to believe I imagined that the canucks would come to play two games in a row

At first glance we assume Canucks have the better team, because of the Sedins. Aside from Bo the talent level drops off fast . I don't think WD got out coached, I think Calgary has a more NHL roster

For the first time... Then he made a couple comebacks, the last one was when crosby was just starting out.

Like some guy just said on Twitter , the announcers thought Russel was getting the instigator, so if they couldn't tell , it should not be suspendable

Well skill level and experience I would say Van has the advantage but physicality, speed and heart are definitely in Calgary's favour. WD needs to get this team to play every game not every second.

Common sense does not always jive with reality when it comes to the department of player safety.

How many fans are saying it's not a rivalry? And why do you some how think that's insulting to the Flames? I'm confused why you love that people don't think it's a rivalry? Flames used to be the Canucks biggest rival but with the "recent" playoff series' against Chicago and LA the Hawks and Kings became their biggest rivals. Imagine if the Flames and Canucks played eachother again in the next couple of playoffs following this year. That's what happened with Chicago and LA. Nice to see this old rivalry have new life breathed into it but still a ways to go.
- hankthetank

Well I think a lot of it was drummed up after the brawl last year...and I think it's pretty clear these 2 teams HATE each other on a new level. These 2 teams have way more history than Canucks V Hawks or LA. But your statement is probably bang on, new life being breathed into an old rivalry.

Flames got their due, nor more, no less. I didn't see WD line up his tough guys against the Flames in the final minutes, nor see any instigation. The call on Burrows seemed pretty weak and if you can't take a beating from Burrows, you don't belong in the NHL.
- micah555

You honestly didn't see any instigation on the Burrows play? Or Bieksa? HAHAHA

I predict no Hamhuis or burrows for game 4. Because it the Canucks they throw the book at us. I am surprised with a lead and PP Hartley still throws out Ferland and Engelland in the last minute. I'm not really impressed with either team in this series.
- thundachunk

haha....ya...after the Canucks start taking free shots at our #1 line, why in the hell would he send them back out there in a game that's out of hand?

This. The Calgary team works hard and has talent. They are not where they are by accident. If I was a Calgary fan I would be pretty pumped. Not a troll, but pretty damn happy.

I agree with this. In the end both of our top lines have been more or less quiet. But it seems like the Youth wants it more.

I hate both Burrows and Bieksa, but don't think that either should be suspended, especially after Engelland got off. Let the players decide the series, not the ref's.

Calgary's role players have been miles better than Vancouver's so far this series. I would say the Sedins have performed slightly better than the Monahan line, but after that, we are getting dominated.

I wouldnt mind seeing a roster changeup, Sedin-Sedin-Vrbata (hopefully vrbata can get a kickstart he needs)

If van had a 4th line of Torres, Richardson, and Weise. We would be winning the series.

Haha dude is right and it's been the same way for years. When asked if miller should play next game. He said something to that its not Eddie fault, it's the players in front of him. Sadly he's right and sadly Van has had very good goalies for a while and haven't got it done. One constant have been the 6 in front of them with minor, minor tweaks. I say time for a blow up on the D core.

I would even take a young less experienced D group then these guys anymore.

I will say that Horvat has also been good. I'd like to see Sven go in for Kenins though. Shake things up a bit
