Philly is deep on the wing and from what I've heard, has a lot of young D prospects that are still a couple years away. You send them a D like Psysk/McCabe and a C like Larsson/Grigs, throw in a couple other peices and I thin you have a starting point.

I just don't see ROR happening.

6 mill for a guy who seems to be hurt often, i'll pass.
- SABRES 89

I think he's back to his old self and plus his defense game is really good now

If he can give us 70 games plus I'm good

That's the point this is a young team and will have its ups and downs We will be way way way better this year though but I do think there going to be in the top 10
- gerbe75pts

Have you seen what our roster will be like next season even without adding to it ? All these so called top prospects we have gathered over the past 4 years will be on the team. We have UFAs leaving and a new coach coming in. We have dealt with this crap for 3 years now . Players need to show what made them so high on the prospect ladder or GTFO.

Hence me saying a few other pieces

But they need to be realistic. They need D help something bad, Their goaltending is always an issue, even after a good year, and they are deep on the wing. It depends on who they pick this year in the draft but if they don't go C they are out of their minds. And we have a plethora of C.

Make Ennis a part of the deal and I don't blink an eye.

Not saying I want Ennis gone. But his goony turtle face just pisses me off.

lol but in all seriousness, I think Grigorenko started to show some promise and maturity toward the end of this season and I'd like to see him stay now that I think of it. And Ennis is good but I just don't see a place for him long term on this team.

Richardson is nothing, what has he done.
- SABRES 89

Not because they don't want to but because like you said who's going to want to go through another year or two of development.

Signing a few overrated free agents and emptying the cupboards for 1 top 6 forward isn't going to change that.

Yeah bound to be hurt at any moment. He comes in and one of Risto or Pysk or Zads sits.

I think Zads can play in Rochester next year and deal with it. Then if he doesn't show maturity, show him the door. TM basically said he needs to grow the F up at his Ted Nolan getting fired presser.

You have very high expectations for this team for me it's just ups and downs next year and I'll be happy if they're not picking first and being the worst in the league That's the kind of improvement I'm looking for

Thats possible . This team will be coming together by Oct. as a team. We havn'e had that in a long time . Core will be in place and they will get used to playing and driving each other to be better.

Quick question, i agreed the sabres have the wheels going in the right direction. The only issue is they were so far behind the bottom tier i wonder what teams would be worse moving forward. I'm thinking (no order) Yotes, Devils, Canes Leafs. Also maybe's depending on offseasons sharks and philly

If we get ROR , and offer sheet vladimir tarasenko then this team is going to be crazy good soon

Could care less about the draft picks

St. Louis will match whatever we offer.

Ryan O'Verrated will cost too much.

I say sign someone like Frolik

Make a move for someone like Sharp or Eriksson

Don't be shocked if you see ROR in the Blue and Gold, I won't be. I'm not helping the Bruins screw them.

Only if it's a sign and trade I'll be happy A lot of risk for a guy that's going to be a UFA if we give up a lot
