We should be thankful that there are 2 number 1 picks in this draft and we come out with Eichel. I know McDavid was the prize but i'm sure Eichel will be just as good.

Someone mentioned him earlier. Thought that might be a possible that would be up TMs doing. With him being the rink rat. I'm sure he has seen him.

Jack Eichel led the nation in scoring at 1.77 points per game. The next closest freshman, Dylan Larkin (19) had a 1.34 ppg pace and 24 less points. The next closest player, senior and linemate of Eichel, Evan Rodrigues, had 61 points, 10 less than Eichel. He's a free agent currently and has had a very average college career prior to this season.
