Sabres sign LW/RW Evan Rodrigues to 2 year deal. Love this move, guy was productive with Eichel and gives him more of an incentive to not go back to college.

Who knows maybe Edmonton tries trading draisaitl and their 16th overall for the 5th overall pick.

Pretty sure they wanted either McDavid or Strome. The need a #1 center badly.
Arizona is pretty deep on defense, so I agree they prob go Strome.
I think that Toronto will end up taking Hanifin though.
Maybe they get Florida's (or whoever) #1 pick in the Kessel trade?

That's the rumor.

Any goalie can have a good year and look like a star. Thats why I hated Millers contract and him for it.

no.. nobody wants him .

He's played what looks like 3 years in college. Plays for RPI. His second season was only 2 games though. Not sure why. My guess would be injury. He had awesome 1st year stats, terrible 2nd year stats in the 2 games he played, and then his 3rd year stats are great but they're not terrible either.

Well I would guess he goes back for his senior year. Considering the teams situation and his. I thought I heard at the end of his year after the injury he started to look good again.

Ullmark I think is a lost cause. Something just doesn't add up with him. It is all wierd because throughout the franchise we haven't had many years when goalie was a question.

I don't . we are not seeing him right now. Bennett has been playin all along .Sams been in the Jrs.

Bennett missed most of the season with a shoulder injury. He was sent back to Jr late in the year, played there for a bit, and then was recalled after his team finished their season. He just has the luxury of being on a team that's in the playoffs this year.

Think about it . ... Top paid goalies get close too or win a cup and big pay raise. 5 yrs later they are put on a pedestal for what they won/might have won years ago.

I'm not all that concerned about Ullmark, but only because from what I read, he played on a very poor team this year. Can't really expect much from the goalie when the team in front is a disaster.

I'm going to reserve my judgment on him until after this upcoming season when he makes the jump to NA. We'll see how he does in Rochester.
