Agreed. WD is doing what he thinks is right. Undoubtedly the physical play must be on his mind when making line changes in real time and the Sedins don't quickly come to mind as physical players. In saying that I really hope he can see what is plainly before him: the Sedins control the vast majority of the play when on the ice.

Even in keeping with his 4 line policy, if he just kept the ice time splits the same as the regular season it would be an improvement IMO.

Well to each their own. Personally I am not a big line matching guy either, but line matching and not playing your best players are 2 separate issues.

Baertschi could provide a spark in that regard. To be honest, he's probably the only call-up from Utica that could provide any kind of offensive spark at this point.
