i love the way he has to start punching a guy without warning. if you need tough, look to, as don cherry humorously calls him, kevin "bieska". - chester97
So he should go "hey I'm going to hit you"? Would Fernando or whatever the (frank) he's called do that? |

is rag dolling when you start throwing punches on a guy who still has his gloves on, but the guy gets up and starts throwing back and more than holds his own?
then he was rag-dolling ferklund |

Apparently, the league has warned both teams. I expect a special teams battle tomorrow, as the refs try to regain control of the series.
Hopefully the PP can do some damage. - belcherbd
It's more fun if they dont |

The tone was set early last night after that huge hit on Sbisa. Canucks were hurrying up their passes and looking out for freight trains.
Congrats to Flames for bringing their A game.
The atmosphere was intimidating, the sea of red. I heard on the 1040 some fans were even taking off their Canucks gear so they didn't get singled out. Awesome job by the Calgary fan base.
It is one game but, if we play anything that resembles last night , we will be in big trouble.
I liked the game last night I though, excellent playoff style hockey.it is ok to lose as long as you learn and you go down fighting.
I was very impressed with Hamhuis Burrows the Twins and Bo this series. They bring it every shift.
The rest of the team really needs to increase their effort. - VANTEL
Bonino 1-Assist, 3-SOG, 2-BLK, 12-FW, 6-FL, 2-TK, 1-GV. Not bad

I would actually like to see Bieksa and Ferland go at and not just some cheap shots by Bieksa. Would be a great scrap! |

Watched him when he takes a face off in defensive zone, he losses it on purpose hoping it will go passed the Calgary defence or something |

Hey, even the TSN hockey panel packed up their bags and moved the entire show to Calgary for the two home games.

Hammer was doing them too but he stopped after the lucic one got him injured. - pker2theend
I thought that was a bit dumb on Hammer's part. Lucic's what 250lbs? Lucky he didn't break his back... |

there will be no return, Miller while serviceable as a starter won't have any teams lining up to acquire him with that contract and at that age. Also consider that the nucks will be in some cap trouble and teams will be looking to take advantage. - belcherbd
Trade Miller and Bieksa and a pick to Edmonton for one of their forwards, any forward will do (Eberle, Hall, Yak) |

Ferland doesn't fight anymore. Ask Hughson. He's a sniper now. Way too valuable to the team to spend 5 minutes in the box. |

Do you remember his performance against the canucks this season? Blanked the canucks I believe. Just another example. - bloatedmosquito
Agents for goalies must love the idea of their client playing against the Canucks, can make any prospect look like a star.

At least Dorsett had the good sense to only drop 1 glove and not get the penalty. Still, Ferlund has been running around all series. Eventually him and Dorsett should go. |
