i had to go out and pick up a prescription (AIDS) and a few other things (those are private and i'd rather not talk about them) so i just went to wawa and made it a great morning/afternoon with a BEC bagel, a BEC croissant, and a 24 ouncer. camel AF.

alright, mother(frank)ers.

that CVS really izdabest. it has this 15 foot long kidney shaped island refrigerator up by the front of the store and one end of it is just covered in unique weirdo drinks. organic energy drinks, weird flavored sparkling water drinks from names i've never heard of, coffee drinks, etc.



this one probably isn't totally foreign like a lot of the other drinks there because i feel like i saw the brand in target that day i bought the cold brew coffee with the lizard on the label (i'm not even 100% sure i haven't already tried this brand). either way i bought it so here's what's up.

okay, first of all i love the label. very nice. design and colors are very cool. the "low & slow" in the lower left hand corner refers to the process of brewing at lower temps for at least 10 hours, which is explained in a little blurb on the back of the bottle.

also, if you look for it on the back in tiny print there is a "stokabulary" entry. this one is "Brew-ding: (n.) A habit of persistent, profound rumination on the subject of coffee."

just like the label says, it's not too sweet. it's sweeter than most cold brew coffee but not sweet like an iced coffee or something. and i chose vanilla so some of the other flavors may not even be this sweet.

i'll be honest i'm probably not really a cold brew coffee guy and this may be the budweiser of the cold brew coffee world for all i know but this is probably my favorite one so far. i guess i've tried 3 or 4 and if i had to have one tomorrow i'd choose this brand.

so there it is. it's good. if you like this kind of thing give it a try.

bitter and disgusting. i feel like the idea of flavoring sparkling water is the blackberry making the sparkling water taste better but somehow what you take from this is the sparkling water making the blackberry taste worse.

and the aftertaste is absurd. it's the same aftertaste you get from that artificial lime juice that comes in the little squeeze bottle that's shaped like a lime.
