Ok so I bought this because of the groudswell of interest. First off, dumb as poop can. There's a tutorial on how to open the (frank)ing thing. You pull some tab up and then slide it back. Just put a stupid (frank)ing tab like every other can. HUGE points loss for this alone just because it pisses me off. But lets get to the taste. Quite good. Nice well balanced cherry taste, not overally sweet or sugary. No strong energy drink taste. This would score well but the whole gimmick makes me angry.

interesting. i passed this up in target or walmart or wherever i was the other day due to the shit or piss nature of these amp drinks in the past. perhaps i should have grabbed one.

I should have stated that the actual can itself is pretty cool and I like the design. The black part has little triangles that are textured. It's the top that bothers me. It's a can, you don't need to make things complicated. And obviously they knew it would be an issue given the fact that they put a (frank)ing tutorial on how to open the damn thing.

also i like how "game fuel" has less to do with your pickup basketball game and more to do with staying awake all night to play video games when you know you have to be at juvy at 8 am.

i used to consider this pretty good for a diet soda. but i think what i'm realizing now, especially after drinking some surprisingly okay diet sodas lately, is that this is just passable because the cherry taste is stong and helps cover up the taste of diet (frank)ing pepsi.



so it turns out it's just easier to drink than a regular diet soda. but does that make it good? nah, i guess not. it somehow doesn't feel as carbonated as i know it must be. it's not watery or anything but there's no kind of bite to it.

now they don't just call it wild cherry. if you're a pre-diabetic like i surely am, you know the difference between cherry and wild cherry. and this is 100% wild cherry flavor. so i'll give them credit for that.

i'd drink this before a regs diet cola but i'd drink either of the diet dr. peppers, the diet ginger ale, and definitely the fanta zero before this.
