here is something called core.



i was in a cvs pharmacy looking for an old fashioned ace bandage (apparently no more ace bandages on the planet, btw) and i was pretty parched. i saw this in a big case up by the registers and perused the flavors and read the nutrition information. i settled on peach mango and hoped i'd hate it.

poop's somehow delicious.

less than 1g of sugar
organic
antioxidants
non-gmo
gluten free
low glycemic
vegan

i don't know if there's anything even wrong with me but this poop probably saved my life somehow.

i had a little aids removed from my elbow and it's bleeding like nicole brown simpson.

i want to hold the gauze in place by wrapping it because i am apparently allergic to the adhesive in bandages and medical tape.

i ended up with an allen iverson type sleeve. so for the next few days i am going to look super talented. i will also be late for work and spend all of my time and money at tgifridays.

i will have to look into this stevia.

i would love to stop using sugar in my coffee but every artificial sweetener they offer is disgusting to me.

Stevia is chem free and doesn't affect blood glucose levels, I think the only other sweetener you can get like that is agave sweetener.

The only reason it hasn't been around longer is the sugar industry funded some study that showed it may cause cancer. That's been proven wrong.
