I usually poop before my morning coffee so never had a problem with it. can be a pain in the ass because some times i just want my morning cup and a smoke before i get down to business, ya know?

the cig is essential for my poopting. it's like a rocket booster.

coffee usually doesn't affect me.

my goal in life is to poop every morning before my shower. a full evacuation that gets me through the rest of the day without so mach as a thought or a cramp or a gurgle.

i really am. but the morning cig has to stay as vaping doesn't have the desired effect when it comes to taking a big healthy poop.

i've tried it and i was disappointed because it means i'll never fully get off cigs until i find a way to force a nice morning poop.

even when i ran home here on lunch i smoked a quick one before hitting the bowl.
