Cold brew is a very interesting product. It's literally just coffee grind soaked in water without any heat source.

This creates a product that is shelf stable without the need for preservatives, has a much lower acid content than regular coffee, and a more complex flavour and higher caffeine content, due to the amount of time the grind spends in the water.

I might just go get one from starbucks.

this popped up in the marlton wawa today and i bought it because threadication.

it's (frank)ing delicious. so refreshing. not carbonated. apparently low in carbs somehow too.

so powerful it ripped that tree branch down and threw it in the street like a (frank)ing boss.

also, i forgot to mention i had an ocean spray cranberry juice yesterday morning.

very good.

i have noticed that the tropicana cranberry and grape juice costs more than the ocean spray and comes in smaller bottles. (frank)ing tropicana.

there's no use going over the virtues of each as there's nothing i could say that i haven't already said in their respective solo expert user reviews.

this is just a straight up comparison between my two favorite powerade zero flavors to crown a champion. also, i said i would do this for my loyal readers and i am nothing if not dedicated.

i sipped back and forth. i gulped. i swished. i drank them cold and i let them sit and warm a little.

both are really good and i'd buy either one and be happy but drinking them side by side really brought out the artificial sweetener taste in the grape that you don't really notice if you're just drinking it by itself.

when they were ice cold it was really difficult to make a decision. but as they sat and warmed for 5 minutes it became more clear to me that mixed berry really does get the edge. i suspected as much after drinking them a week or so apart and i tried hard not to let my judgement be clouded by those earlier suspicions. even after i was pretty sure my mind was made up i kept sipping so that i could provide you with as true a conclusion as i could, even if it meant having to admit i was wrong earlier when i was basically crowning mixed berry after drinking it solo. i wanted to be able to admit that grape was better if that was how i really felt as i sat here taking the pepsi challenge.

i gave grape many chances to change my mind but as good as it is it still isn't quite as good as the blue.
