FRS Energy + Endurance Peach Mango



Saw this little guy at the food store this morning. I was looking for the orange Rockstar when I saw energy + endurance so thought I'd give it a shot.

It's lacking in the energy department. 48mg of caffeine in a 11.5 fl oz can doesn't exactly shout energy to me.

The flavor is ok. Definitely more peach than mango. It also has a vitaminy taste which makes sense because this female dog is loaded.

Vitamin C 156 mg 260%
Vitamin E 39IU (iu's!!!) 130%
Thiamine 2 mg 130%
Riboflavin 2.2mg 130%
My boy Niacin 26 mg 130%
Vitamin B6 and B12 130%
poop got Quercetin 325mg. I'm set for the day on Quercetin.

Overall, It wasn't bad. It was also on sale for $0.99 compared to $1.99 when it's not on sale.
