i played around with this whole allonge thing. i tossed my first attempt and changed grind size and tamp pressure. the 2nd attempt was ok but still not as good as an americano imo. overall i'm not really on board with this idea because of how hard it is to get right. you definitely need a bean that doesn't go all nasty when you over extract.

wired af right now though. feels like i had 2 double espressos

24 ounces of regs right in front of me.


i grabbed a sample cup and tried a sip of the pumpkin spice coffee. i guess it's good. but i'm a known not a pumpkin spice guy.

pumpkin pie and jack o' lanterns are probably the only way i really like my pumpkins.
