so i've been weaning myself down to like 12 ounces of coffee per day because it might be the reason i poop 73 times per work shift. and i'm really getting tired of that.

it really hasn't been as hard as i thought and the 12 ounces still seems to be enough to knock out any headache i get. but god dammit am i tired. i could put my head down on my desk right now. it's the kind of tired where your eyes start to roll up like a cat and you have to catch yourself.

first i blamed egg bowls, then i blamed oatmeal, but now i'm starting to think it was coffee.

actually, since i started the weaning process my days have been much more pleasant so i'm thinking it was the coffee all along.

yesterday i had the wawa hot chocolate you get from the machine and today i had the hot chocolate that they make for you.
