Honestly doesn’t even taste like an energy drink. Which makes sense since you want something less intense during sunrise. Goes down smooth but still gets you turnt af for a workout.

I needed some sun in my life since we haven’t see the actual sun in weeks here.

I am now ready to punch a wall and start working out.

okay, so i guess it's time we talk about this.



it's not milk. it's water. brown water.

every time i think about yoo-hoo i'm disgusted. years and years pass between drinking it. it's sugary and good in a weird way but it's gross at the same time. it looks like mop water. and it should be chocolate "milk". not chocolate water. chocolate drink. (frank) you. just make chocolate milk like everybody else does.

and you know why they make sure to write "shake it" in big red letters? you ever look at the bottom of one of these bottles before you shake it? there's poop down there. messy poop too. like the day after you reintroduce spinach into your diet after a long break. that kind of poop. yoo-poo.
