i'm not happy about it either.

but i have felt a lot better over the last week or so.



over the weekend i gave in and had one 12 ounce coffee and that new monster iced coffee thing but that's probably about as far as i can go.

i think doctor(s) say that like 3 cups a day is supposed to be healthy for you so I don't think 2 more would be really bad

if you saw how uncomfortable my stomach is after coffee you'd let me drink these energy drinks until my body can adjust to no caffeine.

also, i don't have to work poop every day anymore and that alone has enriched my life in ways i can never truly put into words.

i kind of hope it's lactose though. that'd be the easiest stuff to cut out for me. if i'm glucose intolerant like this weirdo i know i'll just kill myself. i need beer and pizza and pasta and bread.

there are different levels of lactose in different milky things, like evaporated milk for example is a surefire way to pee out your butt if you have a problem with lactose while small amounts of regular milk can be ok for some people
