okay so i had a r00t beer tonight.

i don't often get root beer. not sure why. it's not something i dislike. maybe i just never think of it. or maybe you just don't see a ton of it (the store i was in had one brand and only one row of it).

anyway, i don't know a lot about who makes a good root beer but i guess it wouldn't have mattered anyway since, again, i had that one brand to choose from.

so it was a&w, which i guess is a big deal in root beer circles or whatever.

it was good and it was sweet. i don't really know what sassafras root is but it's not a root like a carrot. i can tell you that much. no way.

i like that root beer tastes like vanilla.

other than that i don't really know what root beer is supposed to be.

what says you?™ what is your favorite root beer?
