I work poop once every few weeks.


Usually it's like clockwork at 6:55 am.

even if i do the deed at home before my shower only a couple small brown ribbons escape my insides and by 9 or 9:30 i'll be hunched over at my desk.

now i just sleep an extra ten minutes and give the toilet the finger as i skip that step and get in the shower. but my toilet had the last laugh this morning.

i never should have eaten hot wings for dinner. we know i'm not built for that anymore.

after an unfortunate assplosion of the dreaded shower-then-shit variety i said (frank) it and got a large regs from wawa like the good old days cause what's the difference now?

also, there's a flat white in my future because my boss offered it yesterday as a reward for something i was gonna do anyway cause it's my job.

Red Bull Winter Edition - Plum Twist

Anytime there is a new Red Bull or Monster I must buy it. Today twas the case with Red Bull as I spotted a colored can I didn't recognize. First sip I thought what the (frank) is this. The second sip was better, I tasted something that I thought was familiar. I think it tastes like cranberry ginger ale with the underlying taste of the classic red bull flavor that anchors all the flavored red bull varieties.

Overall it's pretty good, I would drink this again over some of their other flavors.

very interesting. most "winter flavor" things scare me (there's a winter coffee at wawa that has taken the place of my beloved peru amazonas and i'm pretty pissed off about it) but i do like cranberry ginger ale so this sounds interesting to me. the fact that it's red bull is a bit of a setback as they are my least favorite of the "big three" but maybe i'll try this one.

You definitely get the Red Bull taste, there's no way getting around that. It's also a bit sour
