I just bought a Mellow Mood relaxation beverage, peach/raspberry flavour. I haven’t tried it yet, apparently can cause drowsiness.

I had that drink tonight about midway through a 250 mile deadhead by train. I'd already slept a fair amount in the past 24 hours so i wasn't tired but was bored AF. It definately made me sleepy within an hour of drinking it.

The drink itself was alright, maybe a tad sweet for my taste. The tea really masked the peach and raspberry.

now sticking with the age old question, i went to that same soda machine and got a coca cola in the can today.

it's good, don't get me wrong. and i can see where you big coke guys are coming from. but it's just not as good as pepsi to me. coke is more syrupy sweet and there's almost a ginger snap cookie kind of taste to it. i'll never say it isn't good but pepsi is more crisp, clean, and refreshing to me. coke leaves your mouth feeling coated (coded) in a sugary syrup that seems counteractive to actual thirst quenching, where pepsi hits you with a nice hard carbonated jab of sweetness and refreshment and then has a quick, crisp finish.

i can do diet pepsi in a real real pinch but i won't be happy about it.

i found the diet cherry pepsi helped round off the sharp diet edges a little bit. but you have to like cherry and while i do, not everybody does.

If you recall I did extensive reviews on all the flavors of these diet cokes. The feisty cherry was episode 4 of a 4 part documentary. There's nothing feisty about it, just tastes like cherry coke zero.
