Diet Coke Strawberry Guava

After a groundswell of interest I decided to pick up this flavor as well as the blueberry one, both new flavors from Diet Coke. So Episode 1 of Part 2 of the Diet Coke reviews brings us to Strawberry Guava. It has a very sweet smell like a juice kind of smell. The taste matches the smell as this is a very sweet tasting drink. Don't get a huge taste of the classic diet coke. It's masked under the overbearing sweet taste of strawberry and I guess guava.

Not a fan of this flavor

alright.



i find this almost as disgusting as the diet coke only the sweetness lasts a little bit longer and the whole experience is somehow easier. like the diet soda taste is softer.

although the aftertaste is just as long and just as wrong.

i guess "(frank) both of these" is the true answer but i'd still choose the diet pepsi over the diet coke if i was ever faced with that awful decision which is a lot like telling somebody they are about to painfully lose an eye but giving them the choice which eye to painfully lose.


i did learn a little hint that might work for you too. the diet coke was easier to drink after it warmed up a little bit. weird i know, but it was true for me.
