these last couple weeks all feel like the same day to me

relevant edit: I cleaned the paraphernalia this morning, it's like brand new. Can't wait to use it.

if you have an old fashioned bong drop an ice cube or two in the water for a nice refreshing almost menthol feeling.

since i'm such a trailblazer, there's been the expected yuge, crashing wave of gin questions in the comments sections of my many many self-authored articles on drinkslave.com and a lot of them have been loyal sipscribers asking the same question: what is the best tonic in the goddamned world?

so i gathered the 2 so-called-best premium tonics to pit them head-to-head against one another in a quinine laden deathmatch. a bloody battle to the bitter end.

okay, it was actually just a basic pepsi challenge type situation. nobody had to die.

anyway, the bottom line is that both are nice but the fever tree is just dominant. nothing is really going to beat it. it's wilt chamberlain. it's tiger woods. it's mike tyson (for a good long while there anyway). it's joel embiid if he'll stop being such a (frank)ing wussy.

the fever tree just amplifies a gin and tonic tenfold. it's an amazing difference. it makes the tonic matter, when you never knew it even could.

full dickslosure, i use shweppes on the daily. (frank) spending this kind of money on tonic. but when i have a little extra cashish, fever tree is the way to go.

additionally, i may have hinted at this before but i'm ready to make a declarative, grand proclamation.

the botanist makes the best gin and tonic that i've ever had.
