i dont use sugar or sweetener of any kind but i guess a bit is acceptable

but anyone who puts milk/cream in tea is sick and demented

Far higher quality, much better selection, cheaper, and less wasteful.

Only drawback is convenience. Because you need to clean out a filter. Though you also get to use a jaws-inspired tea steeper... which alone is worth the extra work.
