i'd probably wait a few days too just hoping for the best so i'm not one to talk but please call your doctor and at least see what they say. you'll probably get a tele appt so you won't even have to go anywhere.

i knew about the mysterious shrinking of ice cream cartons but this is too far now. i need my vitamins to fight scurvy and stuff!

technically i bought the juice for gin & juice so i guess i'm not really that health conscious after all.

If you want something high in vitamin C then go guava. There are more exotic plants, vegetables, and fruits that have more, but guava is easy to find and closest in cost effectiveness to citrus.

Don't forget that a lot of fruit and vegetables have it and other important immunity boosting vitamins and minerals.

For vegetables with C, there's broccoli, bell peppers, and spinach (many other leafy greens).

Spinach is also good for zinc, but you can get that from other foods, especially meats and shellfish, many legumes, and my favorite is yogurt.

I'd check and see if there's a no-appointment drive-through testing site nearby. Even if they turn you away, it's still worth the effort.

wow, i just looked and the steel cns have been replaced by weird cardboard containers. but the steel was essential. you threw those cans in the back of the fridge and it all got so cold in the steel can.

goya guava paste was great for PBJs in our house. guava jelly was too weak.

nowadays I dig fresh guava the most and save the jellies, jams, and pastes to rub on my funny-little-hunny's belly:

they have to want to quit. and even then sometimes it takes more.

i wanted to quit for years but it wasn't until i bought the condo that i quit for good because i was an indoor smoker (i rented so i never cared) but i wasn't smoking in my new house. (frank) that. i closed on 6/22/18, smoked my last cigs that night, moved in on the 23rd and haven't had a cigarette since.

oh you have to want to quit 100%. addiction makes you so stupid so you need to be completely committed to quitting to even stand a chance.

man when i was smoking i would've done anything for a cigarette. going outside to smoke even when it's -30 would've been nothing, in fact i bet i would've convinced myself i actually LIKED doing it outside better anyway. the cold air combined with the smoke is SUBLIME or some BS.
