If it were a normal year, Pepsi would be parlaying healthy summer sales directly into the euphoric start of the new NFL season—all the while leveraging its association with America’s favorite professional sports league.

No one needs to explain how a not normal this year has been. But despite it all, Pepsi-Cola sales have been strong. In fact, sales volume was up 5.9% for the first six months, per Beverage Digest. But not for the reasons that were mapped out in the early 2020 marketing plans.

Market share is still bigly for coke.... The sales are down due to the majority of restaurants being limited due to the Chinese virus. Even with a drop in restaurant sales Coke is 7x the sales of Pepsi globally.

Sales have escalated in the USA for Pepsi after the common grocery stores sell out of Coke. The aluminum shortage has also impacted the availability of most sugar based beverages in the United States.

it's a little more ounces i guess but i don't know if it's any stonger.

i just know the pod i settled on says lungo so i set it to lungo when i make them. kind of made the colorful little set of espresso cups obsolete though because they can't hold a lungo.
