even then i wake up exhausted so i know i was waking up over and over all night only now i just don't remember it because i mixed pain killers, muscle relaxers, and bourbon before i went to bed.

I used to have pretty bad insomnia, indica weed helped a lot.

Try taking a shower and drinking water right before bed. Helps your body regulate temperature.

ever considered doing a sleep study?

i have the same problem and that's what my doc recommended. i obviously didn't do it.

I did. Best sleep I had that whole year.... woke up in the middle of the night and yanked the probes off of my face.

I basically don't sleep at all when I'm not in my own bed. I get about 3 hours sleep a night or something stupid when on vacation lol.

i wake up at like 5am every day if i don't use one

edit: in the summer. winter not so much, doesn't get light until 7am or later
