i haven't had either. i only ever see the regular lagunitas IPA around here and although i want to buy it it's on my list. it either doesn't have dates on it or it's always old when i see it.

it is a super crisp and hoppy ipa that's delicious and easy drinking.

i think most people go for tonewood's fuego but i find that one downright malty compared to how hoppy and crisp this freshies one is. it tingles your taste buds. it's exactly what i want a straight up ipa to be.


funnily, they call this one just a pale ale and they call fuego an ipa.

Oh poop...Pizzaria Beddia has this on tap. it is delirious. On the menu they have 2 beers...something something, its a pilsner and freshie. Here I thought they were just being pretentious and give the IPA a general name. No Idea it was the actual name
