no milk for me but most teas are fine with milk if that's how you prefer them

i feel like i should be taking a harder stance on this but it's true

Really varies from tea to tea. Strong black teas like earl grey goes very well with some milk and sugar. Green tea or ginger tea, I'd use honey in, but no milk. Very floral herbal teas like jasmine don't need anything, don't want to overpower their flavours.

I've got this mint/chocolate rooibos tea that works pretty well made with milk/almond milk instead of water.
