If he can find homes for two or three of Burrows, Higgins, Bieksa & Miller were fine. Providing Baertschi and a few guys on the farm can make the jump.

It's hard to figure? They are showing a real lack of talent and energy. Playoffs are a different beast though, you can't go thru a two week stretch like the regular season where you're playing just ok. It's a young mans game.

If players like McCann Demko and Virtanen etc can make the jump in a few years we'll be ok.
