The canucks are making fringe NHL plugs look like stars. Hartley and his coaching staff have done a great job identifying canuck weaknesses and using it to their advantage.
Any team that plays a hard hitting, aggressive game has a really good chance to beat the canucks every night. - bloatedmosquito

McMillan is better than Vey. Bring out Vey and put in Baerschi.

3 more years of "I thought we played well enough to win." - Marwood
The Sedins did play well enough to win, the rest of the team however |

I know we are on borrowed time anyways, but that hasn't stopped me from being bitter about seeing the same old poop in the playoffs. If this is the product, I kind of wish we had missed so that we could get a marginally better draft pick... |

I thought Vey had a decent game. How about we just stop playing the Bonino line at all and put in Baertschi by himself |

I'd rather vey, Sven and all the kids play and see what we got.
Either play our top 6 or play the kids for development. This 4 lines being played evenly is a joke |

The early exit should improve that a bit. #?

I think we pick 23rd regardless unless someone lower than us makes the conference finals |

I oersonally think there are a handful of players who could sit over bonino.

Back to coaching again, fair point. You need results or try something else. |

Sedins played a lot, I thought they gave it their all. That 2nd line though... |

Yea, obviously I'm exaggerating it;s just that we have a 2nd line of 3rd liners. Put Bo on there I don't know why Willie is such a stickler about not giving youth a bigger role |

One pick in the first 2 rounds sucks. Benning needs to fix that. |

So the sedins finally played as much as they should. After Willie and his great ideas got us down 3-1_after the 1st. |

It's tragic. And I don't really know what we're going to get for any of our spare aging parts |

They played 7 minutes in the first. I haven't liked the way Willie has coached this series but you can't lay all the blame at his feet. That's a load of poop. They played like they had already booked a tee time for Friday and really didn't want to have to cancel |

Calgary won't win the cup . Teams that do win cups went through a few years of high draft picks. Chi LA Pitts . I know Edm suck but let's revisit this in two years - VANTEL
A single good top 5 pick surrounded by some good drafts. The Sedins, I doubt will be sold but at this time and seeing this team in the playoffs, year after year. Same results edler, Hamhuis, bieska should all get firsts or second rounders. Burrows, higgins, hansen, vrbata should all go. Not even just for picks but prospects too. The team is solid but still not good enough for a cup run. |

I'm not gonna say that. But Lack was outplayed in game one. Was the better goalie in game 2 and badly outplayed in 3 and 4.
That's the recipe for losing no matter who is the team in front of you.
He's an exceptional back up goalie(reimer like) nothing more, nothing less.
And to be honest Lack should have started the playoffs for Vancouver. Miller still not 100% and lack hot down the stretch. But I thought miller should maybe start game 4 after lacja weak perforance in game 3. But I don't think its debatable , miller has to start game 5 |
