Kid could be a diamond in the rough. Would make the management look like geniuses if he ends up being good. |

With the presumed selection of Eichel at the draft this June, Murray will be bringing in three of the top five college scorers in the nation into the fold.
That beady-eyed douche, a monkey could have signed those players. |

"Rodrigues went undrafted and is now the second player Buffalo GM Tim Murray has signed out of college this spring. The first was RIT forward Matt Garbowsky who had 26 goals and 28 assists in 40 games."
If either Rodrigues or Garbowsky can be more than just a depth player in Rochester it would be huge for the Sabres moving forward.
If not, than the Americans still look that much better for next season. |

Was kind of dissapointing that with all our so called great prospects, our farm team really didn't look all that great. |

That's wild. GOod for the sabres. Hopefully they can right the ship in the next few seasons. Ennis with eichel could be a scary line. Ennis is way underrated.

Congrats on the well played season..lol. Anyway, what kind of goalies do the Sabers have in line for next season? It seems like you cleaned house in that department, and don't have much to show for it. I am also waiting on Kane to implode. Is he the next Heatly? Any coaches being mentioned on the home front?
It will be interesting to see if the Sabers are the next version of the Pens, or not. Good luck. I miss those nasty Flyers/ Sabers games. Those were fun to watch. |

Not so sure about next season but we have some potential in Linus Ullmark from Sweden and Cal Peterson from Notre Dame |

To be fair most of those prospects were thrown to the wolves down there as half of the Americans were up here due to injuries and trades |

You and me both.
I thought the only saving grace this season was going to be watching the Americans have a really good season and see some of the prospects develop.
At least we got to see a little of the later. |

The problem is that there were really only 5 or 6 guys in Rochester that will probably make the NHL roster at some point. The majority of the deep prospect pool we have was still in Jr/NCAA this year (Fasching, Compher, Bailey, Baptiste, etc).

A flyers fan questioning the sabres goalie situation? How ironic. I do agree about missing those games though. |
