I wouldn't be opposed to re-signing Kaleta, but injuries really seem to have done him in. Maybe give him a year to prove that he can play a full season and still belongs in the NHL. If not there's probably a spot in Rochester for him |

Mike great info, but my god there is nothing really there besides Pysyk & Larsson.
TM will be busy grabbing teams players that are in cap jail!
Players I want:
Gibson
Tiffoli
Martin
Lucic
To name a few! |

I'd put Coho on double secret probation as a 2RW for 20 games.
Moulson Reinhart Coho
If it works (and it might) he stays, or we pump up his trade value. If it fails, we know for sure he sucked and we don't lose any trade value.
Grigo goes 3LW for the same double secret probation.
Grigo Lioneater Gionta/Foligno

Nice write up Mike. Lots of players in flux, though the majority of the ones worth mentioning are still RFAs, so that's a bonus. Plenty of work and roster space for Murray to tinker with.
I'm interested to see what Rochester looks like next year with quite a few guys coming in from the Jr ranks. |

Did Hackett get enough games to be an RFA?
I honestly don't remember. - thatsapickle
I thought the same as reaing the article. He needed 6 more and re injured his knee and never came back. I think he is a goner and a UFA now. |

Trade Hodgie and Gringo for just about anything you can get back. No need for double secret masturbation. I know Hodgie is probably un-tradable but they should be able to package Gringo up and move him along. |

Kane // Eichel // Ennis
Moulson // Reinhart // Hodgepodge
Larsson // Girgensons // Gionta
Deslauriers // Grigorenko // Foligno
That's what it's looking to be like. Needless to say, some pieces need to be moved. Otherwise, I'm actually happy with our forward line-up. |

Hodgson still has trade value. He's not as bad as people make him out to be. Did he have a bad year? Absolutely. But he wasn't Nolan's cup of tea and Nolan made sure he knew it. Short of scoring 50 goals from the 4th line, I'm pretty sure nothing Hodgson did was going to get him off of that line.
He's the prime example of why Nolan shouldn't be a head coach in the league. I'm not saying Cody is perfect or anything like that, but other than a 1 or 2 game stint on the 4th line, there's no reason he should have been relegated there for the whole season as a player that put up 20 goals on a historically bad team the previous season. |

Do you think Reinhart will be #2 C or #3? (Well, I know what you think - just throwing it out there.)
I sort of believe Grigs ain't gonna make the team, and Larsson in #4 C.

Might be tough having 2/3 top centers be rookies. Seeing as how rough it was on Draisaitl over the first few months of the season, I wonder how BUF plans to address this |

I'm thinking ROR is gonna end up signing with the avs...if we did move his rights it would be for defense, not more centers. Already have duchene, Mac, Hishon, Mitchell, Bleackley |
