The only goalie with worse numbers is C. Crawford...... Nuff Said. Although our D who can't get the puck out of our zone did no favors for him.

3 goals on 7 shots will do that to your stats

Tee time canucks, I think there's an opening for a party of 26ish at Golf for Gals in North Van.

Scoring has been our problem for a long time. On Lack though I am not going to be hard on him as he has done great... but imo he has not been sound position wise. I know Calgary is doing a great job of screening but he has been cheating and its cost us. His mental game broke down which was easy to see due to his body language. He is young and will learn and bounce back. When we needed him to steal a game he didn't. When the team was playing bad during the season Miller bailed us out. Miller has to do that tonight. If he plays a solid game and steals a win this game could turn the series.

He wasn't all world but neither was he shaky. I thought he played a solid 10 periods of hockey minus the last goal of game 4. And at the end of the day it isn't just about scoring with this team, they aren't solid defensively, on the forecheck, physically, or in any other capacity.

Thanks man! You know it is a bit of a surprise to see just how the series has gone. I would have expected more from the Canucks. To see them go out in 5 or possibly 6 to the flames is unforeseen for sure.

Then there's the flames PP being huge in the playoffs like it is, along with the play of the rookies Bennet, Gaudreau and #79 (Ferland) has been of note. I think the canucks should muzzle players at this time of year, don't need to "wake the giant".

Have to still wonder if it was money well spent to sign the Sedin's to a new long term(3 yrs remaining) contract given their post season performance. They are awesome players historically in the reg season, just not in the play-offs.

There was a time where I criticised the flames for keeping Iginla past his best before date. Trade the assets when value is high not sliding out towards mediocrity.

Good luck to both teams tonight, just make it memorable and entertaining.

I think we all would have but it can't be used as an excuse. CGY are missing Giordano.

Unfortunately the Sedins are untradeable as a pair with that cap hit.

Last goal was crap but the first two I place the blame on defending. IDK how Hudler gets free reign to just chill in the crease like that

Nux captain Henrik Sedin when asked whether he plans to make an emotional pre-game speech to his teammates: "You want me to cry?"

- AlexF

Henrik: "Guys, remember when we watched that movie on Netflix, and that coach made that speech, and against almost impossible odds the team came back and won the series? Well that's the speech I'm telling you right now!!"

this whole narrative about bae being "cast aside" or "forgotten" by the flames is starting to piss me off. guy was given every chance to create his space on the flames. he was given all the time in the world at the beginning of last year, was called up a couple times this year, he just couldn't supplant other guys.

he quit on the flames. he wanted out and that's why he got traded. i get it if that's what he thought was best for his future, or if that's what his agent decided, but the idea that the flames just didn't want him around anymore is dumb.

I believe he said the two clubs had a hell of a rivalry and wanted to go to Vancouver where he was wanted.

Our defence was bad yes but Lack was shaky. He played decent hockey. You don't make it far in the playoffs with decent hockey. I was nervous for him. We have a six million dollar goalie that I am more comfortable with. We have a ton of other thing s that contributed to the losses yes but goaltending has to be #1 in the playoffs it wasn't with Lack. Hell I feel poopti the way Miller came to take over. Kid had a great season proved a lot to himself and to others.
