And disappeared every playoff to boot! Plus the habs have a coach who can't make adjustments to save his team.

Remember when Shero fired Therrien after making the cup finals and losing? He didn't like the direction the team was in, not the results, but the direction. I can't agree more with this being re-lived in montreal. Therrien was a great coach for the transition years from the gauthier era.

But time for a coach who can contribute instead of playing his franco butt-buddy. Just like he did with Maximme Oulette who isn't in North America anymore. History repeats.

The team's offense is built around Pacioretty. THat is the problem. Having a sniper is a good thing. But relying on him when he clearly folds for the playoffs year after year is managements fault for not bringing in winners.
