If Calgary and Minnesota were to make the conference finals the pick could move up two spots I believe. If Detroit eliminates Tampa and makes the conference finals that would be a 3rd spot. Can anyone confirm?

The math is a little difficult right now because we're too early in the playoffs. But yeah, if any teams below the Islanders make the finals, they move lower than them. As you can see, the difference between the NYI and STL pick will be something around 5 or less. One way or the other.
