guy completely changed his game, put up good stats on a bad zona team (so they trade him *cough tank) and woulda ran away with the vezina had be been on minny all year.

he probably has been overworked, but not many back to backs in the playoffs.

St. Louis managed to light him up with an enemic offence, Chicago will do the same with the way they're playing. Minnesota will win games when Crawford poops his pants like Allen did but the difference is Chicago has the fire power to score their way out of bad goaltending, the Blues didn't have that.

No goaltending and not enough offense to make up for it. They really don't need to change much except get a legit veteran goalie. Cam Ward would be perfect for them.

they should be a good playoff team with the type of players they have too. steen, bacles, oshie, and company choke offensively in the playoffs though. maybe it's time for them to ship some of those bums out.

Playoffs are different hockey. Far tighter checking. Guys get shadowed. Forwards get back to help. Guys block shots. Guys that do not normally shine,,, do.

It's different.

It was very nice. Different sounding.

Playoffs are different hockey. Far tighter checking. Guys get shadowed. Forwards get back to help. Guys block shots. Guys that do not normally shine,,, do.

Allen is going to be good eventually although if you look at his history in any playoff series, it's really bad, except for the WJC. Elliot is a back-up for life. Like I said, Cam Ward is what they need.
