I would take a flyer on Harding. The guy was playing Vezina hockey before his setback and the Wild never gave him a decent shot since then.

Yeah, he had some issues with one of his teammates, too, and tht seemed to really turn the Wild off. But if he's willing to work cheap and compete for a new deal after next season, he might be ideal.

I feel like the Rangers have had more luck with 5th-7th rounders then they have with 1st rounders. Jesper Fast a 6th rounder for the Rangers was their best player today. Crazy how prospects turn out.

Yea it might. Finding players like Kevin Hayes as free agents help. But the defense will get old soon and outside of Brady Skjei they don't have many high end defensive prospects. So it is a win now mode.
