My friend and his wife had just had their first kid, so he invited me over to watch this game. They spend a few hours trying to get her down to sleep. JR scores literally 10 minutes after she's finally out. Needless to say, my friend and I had to watch the rest of the games at another location.

If they equalize the cap hit, I'd drive VL to the airport myself.

Semin's due $21M. Vinny $8.5M after July 1. Canes could fully eat 50% of Semin's contract and still come out spending less in the end.

While that clip was from the Canadian feed, Jim Jackson's play by play during that OT was phenomenal. The cadence in his voice really made it all that much more intense.

OT hockey, especially playoff OT hockey is second to none.
