Laughed a lot of it off? Really?

There were a few people (bartley being the main culprit) who went ballistic constantly, but a lot of that board just kinda didn't care more or less.

I think you were more pissed by the Rangers fans than any pens fans were

What will it take to get everyone engaged again in this series? A win tomorrow night? A win in Game 6? At what point will people start to have hope again?
- Pete V

I am still on board. Will be on pins and needles all night and won't find out what happens until I see paper in AM.

More than 70% of that thread is still crying about the "Ranger trolls" to this very day.

I'm still engaged in this series. A win at home makes it 3-2 and the Rangers had the best road record. Each game has been decided by 1 goal. Heck, one of those games was a fluke bounce goal at that.

When the goals come, they will do so in droves. They may blow up for 6 and get their swagger back. I will hold my breath the next game and whatever happens, happens.

70% huh? So if I look at the last 10 posts, 7 of them will be about "Ranger trolls?"

I'm not saying this to bash, but if the Rangers expect to win, it's about damn time Rick Nash showed up. An assist every now and then is great, as is being a good 2-way player. But he's paid and expected to score goals, lots of them, and he just hasn't.

Thats accurate. Average the last three blogs since you've been eliminated. For you to say "most" of the thread laughed it off is about as accurate as calling the recent riots in Baltimore a peaceful protest. Do you think none of these guys click on the pens thread and don't know what is going on over there? poop I know I do for a laugh. Thats been a huge topic most days. Look at from last night till early this morning. Not really a debate.

it didn't start in the playoffs either, his decline started way before.

5 goals in last 22 regular season games, including an empty netter and a lucky bounce goal vs the Islanders.

The current blog has 8 replies. The only mention of Rangers is Jimbro's reply. So that's (at max) 20%, after the next 2 posts make it 10. Right now, 0%.

It is what it is, and they are who they are. It's a public forum, so unless we are all intending to go underground or something, you just have to put up with it.

But, so you know, I just made a deal with the hockey Devil that if the Rangers come back in this series, win the Stanley Cup, that I traded back-to-back Islanders Stanley Cups within the next 5 years, so don't say I never did anything for you.

Can you throw the Flyers one in the next 28 years? Don't know how long I'll make it past 60, and I just want one before I die and/or my eyesight goes.

Edit: Why are you making deals with Gary Bettman?

Leave it to the guy who spent 2 pages arguing that Voracek didn't jump Scuderi because you took the term jumped too literally to take captains post too literally too.

Gotcha. Oh youre referring to the blog that came out ten mins ago? Come on man. Again if you think thats some secret society over there where only a select few can click on it then keep selling that most of the Penguins board was laughing off the trolling but you're only fooling yourself.
