Yep. Just shut up and play. I get the Ovi guaranty, but he pretty much called the Rangers soft, which I don't get. It almost like he is trying to convince himself. Great player but not sure I agree with the tactic. It's a huge game for him on Wednesday, no doubt. Wonder how he deals with it.

Rangers don't get intimidated. Period. I think the officiating is going to be critical here on Wednesday. There is no question that the Caps will go out of their way to try and physically intimidate the Rangers, which means there will be borderline actions taken by Washington. I think if the Caps take this approach, they will get even more frustrated. Rangers don't fall for that garbage.

Elevated. The 3rd period last night was typical Rangers. Can't stand prosperity but usually find away. They've now played 13 consecutive one goal games in the playoffs, which is absurd.

Should be a great game tomorrow for you guys. Looking forward to watching it.

Three days between games this time of year is good for the fans as well. Good luck Wednesday.

I told myself I'd step away from the board and social media until Wednesday. I think its good that there is no game tonight. Might go to sleep when the kids go to sleep.

Hank was exhausted last night and even though McDonagh came back, he has to be sore today, two days off is golden right now I think.

It's crazy the Rangers had 0 shot attempts in the last 15 mins of the game

Yes, I am not a believer in momentum carrying over from game to game anyways. The Caps don't look tired to me, I think these guys are so well conditioned that its just doesn't matter. Hank did say that the VC is a warm building to play in and I just think the Rangers will be so much more comfortable playing at home. The Rangers with the last change and everything else that comes with playing at home will serve them well.

Bet the ref who made the bad delay call won't be in the conf finals.
Guy I work with bought a ticket in the 200s for Weds while we were up by 3, won't tell me what he paid. He just got into hockey during last year's playoffs. This is his first live game. He is going to bring his radio, a little freaked out that there is no announcers.

wednesday night being at MSG is the reward for the great regular season

I think if the Islanders had been at home for game 7 vs the Caps they would have won.

MSG will be deafening on wednesday

The Caps are going to try and intimidate. Thats a big mistake in my opinion.

Yea...there was that once shift last night where Wilson didn't even pay attention to the play. Just skated around and try to start a fight with anyone he could. I hope he does more of that.

Wilson is an idiot. I hope so too, has to be frustrating to play the Rangers. Its as if they look at the opposition when they do post whistle stuff and go

The Caps have been here so many times before & its the hump they just can't get over. Hard to believe all these playoffs yrs w Ovechkin the Caps have never made it to even a Conference Final.

We have the stats on our side, the history, momentum, just another game for us with our Game 7 history. All the pressure is on Washington now.

I thought I heard to he has no ability to access the site? Although don't know if I believe it, can't he just log on from a different computer?

No, I think Bo can explain it better, but they have the capability to ban him outright. No franking around. They always could. IMO anyways.

The best they can do is ban his IP address so if he tries to access the site from any IP address his account was linked to (home wifi, work wifi, etc.) it won't let him.
