Sorry I don't buy it, if he wants talent he goes to the Oilers. 2 players on the Flyers don't mean s$$t to me, we have a better group to offer then that.

This is an understatement.

Draft Eichel. Kane actually plays. Reinhart, Pysyk and other kids brought out of incubator and given opportunity to see the Bigs. I suspect certain players who were unable to get into Nolan's good graces may see significantly greater emphasis and production. And if I'm reading Murray properly, he'll try to make at least one other big splash, whether through trade or UFA or both.

I don't know if we get 20 more wins, but I think the roster and ice time will look very different, I believe the level of play will be very different, and I'm certain the level of excitement should be.

You're not the only one. I didn't think they'd be very good either. And they're starting to get a few more experienced guys as well. I'm liking what Eichel's doing there too. He's not tearing it up, but he's certainly holding his own with no problems.

I guess....they probably should have been a little better than they were this year though too. They're either going to tell Babcock that HE's the lynchpin that will bring the whole team together or he already knows the team has problems. Im sure the McDavid factor works in their favor as well....
